Are these products really dentist quality?
-Absolutely. We are a full service dental laboratory that daily fills out dentist prescriptions for all restorative appliances. You're getting the same exact product the dentist does but are not paying the mark-up.
How can you offer these prices?
-Normally, a patient will make an appointment with the dentist. From there they will go to the office where the doctor will take an impression. Then you make an appointment to come back in a few weeks while the lab makes your appliance. What we're doing is saving you time and money by cutting out the middle man. We send you everything you need to easily take your own teeth impression and send it to us. It's really that simple.
How do i take my teeth impressions?

What if my appliance doesn't fit right?
-We at Royal Dental Direct are committed to delivering you 100% satisfaction. There is that 1% of the time where an impression was not taken properly or an adjustment must be made. If this is the case we will send you out free of charge a new impression kit or adjust your appliance until you are satisfied!
How long does it take to get?
-Your impression kit normally ships out the next business day. You will get your appliance about 7 to 14 business days after we have received back your teeth impressions depending on the appliance.
What if i break my appliance?
-Hey, things happen. We get it. Don't worry you have a 365 day warranty if you break your appliance. Just send it back and we'll fix it for free. That's right a whole year.
Do you offer refunds?
-If for whatever reason you are unhappy, just send back your appliance in the first 30 days of receiving it and we will give you a full refund. If you'd like an exchange instead we can do that too. For Flippers and snore appliances, the level of customization is high and is really a team effort in which we require communication. Due to this we offer a 50% no questions asked refund. We will, also adjust for free until you are satisfied.
